Also das richtige Licht, insbesondere die richtige Farbtemperatur zur richtigen Zeit.<br \/>\nDie Farbtemperatur jedoch ist ein Parameter, den wir mit unseren Zapfen f\u00fcr die Farbwahrnehmung, zusammen mit den St\u00e4bchen f\u00fcr Helligkeitsempfindung bewerten. Doch wie kaltwei\u00df und hell muss das Licht sein, damit unser Gehirn bzw. Nerven den Befehl geben: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>&#8222;Aaachtuuunng!!:<br \/>\nKommando Schlafhormon Melatonin &#8211; Sofort Produktion stoppen!&#8220;<\/strong> ?<br \/>\nWas viele nicht wissen, daf\u00fcr ist ein anderer Rezeptor im Auge zust\u00e4ndig. Es handelt sich hierbei um spezielle Fotorezeptoren im unteren Bereich des Auges mit einem Vorzugswellenl\u00e4ngenbereich um 490nm. Und f\u00fcr eine effiziente Wirkung sollte dieses blaue Licht fl\u00e4chig von oben auf das Auge treffen, damit es die untenliegenden Rezeptoren bestm\u00f6glich trifft.
