The universal Lunatone DALI phase dimmer for retrofit light sources is also suited for ohmic, inductive and capacitive loads. The universal dimmer is supplied as a trailing edge dimmer for capacitive loads. After having applied the mains voltage, any connected inductive load is identified by the universal dimmer and switched to leading edge dimming.
