Ich wurde als elektrotechnischer Laie mit viel Geduld hervorragend beraten!
Ich hatte als elektrotechnischer Laie die Komponenten für eine LED-Beleuchtung falsch zusammengestellt und etwas voreilig bestellt und bezahlt. Ich war doch sehr überrascht, dass ich dann bei einer Nachfrage direkt mit dem Chef, Herrn Tom Reichelt, verbunden wurde. Herr Reichelt hat mir dann mit viel Geduld und Sachverstand weitergeholfen und die Bestellung umgemodelt. Die weitere Abwicklung lief dann sehr perfekt und die schon getätigte Überweisung wurde prompt zurückerstattet.
