Key Features

• 12–48 V DC (SELV) supply, maximum connection current 8 A – The dimmer can be connected to compatible DC power supplies; the connection current can be distributed across the channels.
• Dimming range 0.1%–100% – Brightness can be adjusted across a wide range.
• Selectable PWM frequency: 122 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz or 1 kHz; factory setting 250 Hz – The frequency can be adjusted to suit the requirements of the connected LED application.
• DT6 operating mode with 4 DALI addresses and Colour&Dim mode with 2 DALI addresses – The operating mode determines how the channels are controlled via DALI.
• Bluetooth 5; wireless range of 8–12 m depending on structural conditions, up to 150 m in open areas – The wireless connection enables control without a direct DALI cable to the dimmer.
• Up to 10 devices can be paired with each wDALI-2 Bridge – A bridge can connect multiple dimmers to the wireless DALI system.
• Standby power consumption: approximately 120 mW at 12 V – The dimmer consumes only a small amount of power in standby.
• Dimensions 60 × 33 × 15 mm; expected lifetime over 100,000 h at T < Tc – The compact enclosure is designed for integration into luminaires and junction boxes.
• Operating temperature −20 °C to +60 °C; relative humidity 15%–90%, non-condensing – The specified ambient conditions help determine whether the intended installation location is suitable.

Product Benefits in Detail

LED calibration enables luminaire adjustment. The behaviour after power-on and the reset behaviour can be configured.

The device supports 16 scenes. Flashing and running-light functions are among those specified for advanced Scenes.

Configuration requires the DALI-Cockpit PC software and a compatible DALI interface device. The manufacturer lists DALI-2 USB as an example.

A wDALI-2 Bluetooth Bridge is required for wireless DALI connectivity. Versions 89453348 and 89453348-PS are listed as accessories.
